I truly enjoyed this property - pleasant and absolutely fantastic hotel.

Free Wi-Fi was great and the service was friendly. The rooms were soundproof and airy, equipped with free WiFi and a balcony. The fresh fruit, eggs, bangers, and cheese in the restaurant were much appreciated.

Had 1 night in Dusseldorf, spent our time here really good. The staff were amiable and cooperative and the facilities provided were excellent. The location was excellent and wonderful for walking around Konigsallee. The ambience felt really elegant and the service was great. Everything was simply perfect.

The staff was not so helpful.

New-fashioned and airy rooms with perfect design. Marvellous and fab location next to Theater a der Ko. Found in the very quiet area close to all shops and a pleasant and lively square in the heart of the shopping district.

Nothing, all great.

The location was great, right on the shopping street and all attractions and sightseeing were easy to reach walking or by subway. Staff was so nice and polite and speak good english, Nadina the reseptionist has been so helpful with us, she told us about places that must seen around dusseldorf and she would print the train routs with time tables for us, she also tried to offer a taxi to weeze airport with a good price, actually one of the best reseptionist i've ever met, another man also was kind and helpful unfornunately can't remembre his name. Overall a hotel that i would recommend to stay in and would come back again.

The only thing that I didn't like was that if you book the ambient double room you won't be able to have twin beds, they only offer this type of room (ambiente) with double bed and you have to pay extra to upgrade it to another room with twin beds.

Very well-located: close to shopping and all the places of interest nearby. New hotel, room was spacious and furnished with taste. Hotel staff was polite. We liked breakfast - rich and tasty. Good value for money

absence of the parkig lot

as it is a new hotel you would expect it to be modern. we ere not disappointed, the hotel was spotless, the staff were very friendly and helpful even supplying a adaptor as we forgot to bring one for our kettle. the bath was the biggest I have seen in a hotel outside a spa. the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. the location is excellent , a few steps from the shadow arcade and 2 minutes to the shops and resteraunts of the konigsallee and old town.

Simply Stunning.

I like their good service and seriously working attitude. If any possible, I would like stay here again
